Needing to make a statement on his own, with a goal of creating a wristwatch the could transcend changing fashions and be worn both formal and casual, Carlo Crocco left his family watchmaking dynasty in 1976 and started his journey. The result was a watch modeled after a porthole, in French, Hublot, with 12 screws marking hours and holding down the bezel. Hublot is guided by the principle of fusion: the fusion of unique materials in watchmaking as well as the fusion of tradition with visionary ideas. The Big Bang collection is the true embodiment of Hublot's fusion principal with its case built of several layers of different high-tech materials and precious metals, fissured case shape and daring color composition. This collection is indeed "the Hublot of all Hublots."
