How do I send my watch to you?

When you agree to our purchase offer for your watch, we will send you a link to a pre-paid, fully insured Fedex label to ship your watch to us at:

Please pack your watch in bubble wrap and place the bubble wrap inside 2 cardboard boxes. If you do not have packing materials handy, we can send them to you. Bring your watch to any Fedex Office location, or call 1-800-Fedex to schedule a free pickup. For security reasons, please do not drop your watch in an unattended Fedex drop box.

Is my watch insured when I send it to you?

Yes! We will send a pre-paid Fedex shipping label that is fully insured for the quoted value of your watch. As long as you follow our easy packing instructions, your watch will be fully insured in the event of loss or damage. Shipping insurance is provided through our shipping partner, Parcel Pro, a specialty Jewelry and watch shipping insurance provider.
