Govberg LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware (“Govberg”), is owned by a Delaware holding company, which holding company owns one or more entities with which Govberg is affiliated, and owns directly or indirectly a number of entities as its wholly- or partially owned subsidiaries.
